Sunnyside Hospice and Palliative Care offer an interdisciplinary team of hospice specialists who work together to provide a patient and family-centered approach to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort needs of those who seek Hospice Care in Garden Grove, California. This team is available to support the patients and family/caregivers, and they work together to keep our patients as pain-free as possible. We understand that every patient is different with different needs; our hospice team also develops a care plan that meets each person’s individual needs for pain management and symptom control while honoring their goals and wishes.
